I’m Deanna Hill (though most people know me as Dee), and it’s a true joy to welcome you to this quiet space of rest, connection and renewal.

Over the years, my work has gently evolved—just as we do. I’ve been drawn back to the beauty of simplicity: slowing down, listening deeply, and honouring what the body truly needs.

As a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2004 and Yoga Teacher since 2017, my work is grounded in experience and guided by presence. My own yoga journey of more than 30 years continues to shape the way I meet myself, and the way I hold space for others.

My studio is a quiet, welcoming space where you can soften, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Through movement, touch and presence, you are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and return to what feels natural within you.
